The repository list is the highest-level report selection screen in Banner ePrint. It displays all of the reports to which you have access in the selected repository.
If your repository list is more than one screen, you may go to a specific report. By using the dropdown list of reports that are displayed at the bottom of the page, select the specific report that you want to view. This report will be displayed at the top of the screen and the repository list will continue from that point.
You may customize the reports that are displayed my using the settings on My ePrint.
For each report, the repository list includes the report name, description and the latest date and time that report was run. Depending on your requirements, you can take one of the following actions:
If you want to view or print the most recent version of a particular report, select one of the icons to the left of the report name. (As stated above, the date and time of the last run are shown.) For information on viewing and printing a report, see "Viewing and Printing a Report"
If you want to view or print an older report, or if you want to use a page key to limit the information to be included on a report, select Drill icon to the left of the report name. The report list will be displayed, so that you can take further action. See "Using the Report List" for more information.
To sort the list of reports alphabetically, select Report and the list will be sorted A-Z. Select Report again to reverse sort the list Z-A.
Select Latest Date to sort the list from latest to earliest. Select Latest Date again to reverse sort the the list from earliest to latest.
Select the Text icon to the left of the report to download the report as a text file (*.txt). Depending on the browser you are using, the procedure varies slightly
Select the PDF icon to the left of the report name. The PDF file is assembled and retrieved, Adobe Reader® is launched, and the report is opened on your desktop. For information on viewing and printing a report, see "Viewing and Printing a Report". If using Microsoft® Internet Explorer, you may experience problems displaying PDF files within your browser. Select the HTML icon to the left of the report name to download the report as an .html file. The report is opened within your browser window. For information on viewing and printing a report, see "Viewing and Printing a Report".
Select the DOC icon to the left of the report name to download the report as a .doc file. The application associated with the file type of .doc (normally Microsoft® Word) will open and the report is opened outside of your browser. Select the PPT icon to the left of the report name to download the report as an .ppt file. The application associated with the file type of .ppt (normally Microsoft® Powerpoint) will open and the report is opened outside of your browser. Select the XLS icon to the left of the report name to download the report as an .xls file. The application associated with the file type of .xls (normally Microsoft® Excel) will open and the report is opened outside of your browser. Select the RTF icon to the left of the report name to download the report as an .rtf file. The application associated with the file type of .rtf (normally Microsoft® Word) will open and the report is opened outside of your browser. Select the DATA icon to the left of the report name to download a data file (*.csv) that can be used in a spreadsheet application.
